All in all we had fun. My 3 year old girl love it. Took forever to get our pizza almost an hour. Which was better than the 1st time we went ( that time 1 hours 30 minutes). Management never even talk to us. But for the price the pizza would be a little bit better. For 2 small drinks & the 6 slice pizza $17 and some change. All the games was in good working order.
Brought the kids for lunch & some fun. Hopefully they'll at least have fun. This is the "family sampler"... consisting of 5 wings, 15 french fries, 2 pieces of celery, & 6 cheese sticks. Apparently they think a family consists of only 2 people! Plus cashiers and other employees think it's more important to play on cell phones instead of answering questions. We celebrated my son's birthday there this weekend. We just had our own little party and everyone had a good time. Took forever for our pizza to come out but was delicious when it did. They we're also very busy.
Customer Service needs to have more training. Salad bar needs improvement!
I came in with my two children to try to have a little fun on a cold winters day. The cashier who rang us up was distracted and disinterested. She was very rude. She let my transaction time out three times. We did the lunch buffet and the pizza was pretty gross. If you remember public school pizza it is comparable. The games where mostly in working order. The store while just having been opened was still rather unclean. All in all came for a fun day with my kids left feeling disappointed.
Lazy lazy lazy!!!! How do you tell an almost 60 year old man that you aren't pulling up the cameras for something stolen at your establishment?!?! Ridiculous and so unprofessional! He was just trying to enjoy a night out with his grandkids and because you guys refused to pull up the camera footage, someone got away with important information and possibly for good! We will never be back! We usually spend over $1k a year here... NEVER AGAIN!
How in the world does something get stolen on YOUR property and you tell the PAYING customer that you won't look at the cameras! So, now the police have to look and good luck finding what was stolen! Did one of your employees do it? Is that why you wouldn't review the cameras?! Family place my ass! You sell alcohol, your service sucks and is slow! Everytime I come in, you tell me there's no specials, so I have to pull up coupons on my phone, essentially doing a job your employees are paid to do! And now not pulling up camera... read more
