The worst monitoring centre I have ever encountered by far. Just when I thought it could not get worse, it has. Appears to be a new call centre now than before. Placed on hold for one hour fifty minutes before I could put a system on hold. Tried to speak to the call centre directly (for cancelling false alarms instead) and nobody answered the phone. Tried the number on their web site but nobody answered that number either.
