Waited 2 months for a rheumatologist, travelled 2 hrs, waited 30+ mins, filled out all paperwork and even gave my bloodwork report, just to find out that they only accept NY MEDICAID ONLY!!!! I asked if they accepted my insurance before making an appt. I want the office staff to understand how important patients lives are, what if I needed to see a rheumatologist asap in order to save my life, something they seem to not care about!
