I have been a patient of Dr Che-nan chuang for 30 years. Dr.chuang is a very gentle and very experienced doctor. Every time I go, he always explain patiently. If there is any difficulty, he will be happy to help you, my wife and I have been doing gastroscopy and colonoscopy in Dr. Chuang office for nearly 20 years, and I have done 5 gastroscopy and 2 colonoscopy. Extremely irresponsible receptionist, called in for my test results, they promised to call me back, but never did. Doctor is nice tho.

Received 3 missed calls from this office this morning regarding my father. When I called back, an extremely rude lady answered saying that the office is not open — completely false as I had just dropped my father off for a procedure. She claimed that the doctors office is NOT paying her, therefore she was not taking any messages nor transferring my call. Insisted that I call back after 10am if I wished to be put through.
