Honestly, the experience here was really disappointing. The gastroscopy was done in an office setting, and compared to the service at the GI center I went to before, the difference is huge — and not in a good way. The male receptionist and the female nurse assisting with the procedure had terrible attitudes. They both looked so annoyed, like someone owed them money or something. I have been a patient of Dr Che-nan chuang for 30 years. Dr.chuang is a very gentle and very experienced doctor. Every time I go, he always explain patiently. If there is any difficulty, he will be happy to help you, my wife and I have been doing gastroscopy and colonoscopy in Dr. Chuang office for nearly 20 years, and I have done 5 gastroscopy and 2 colonoscopy. Extremely irresponsible receptionist, called in for my test results, they promised to call me back, but never did. Doctor is nice tho.
