今天年检去看朱彤眼科，昨天前台跟我电话里confirmed好的时间，我今天一早按照时间过去，结果前台说没有人说过也没有人改过，叫我等到下午，前台态度恶劣，没有素质，不负责任，跟病人狡辩，对病人很不友善，我决定不会再来看这个诊所，浪费时间。
The wait time is way tooooooo long even with appointment. Please prepare 3-4 hours for a simple checkup on weekday, weekend is worse. Dr. Chu is nice, same as front desk clerks. But the overbooking status is just horrible.
Very rude! Doctor need a attitude adjustment.
Extremely bad experience there. First off they had me wait 1 and half hour. Appoinywas at 9am but the doctor didn't see me until 11am. When I did see the doctor she verbally assaulted me for forgetting my prescription. I was not told to bring my prescription in even though they should know what they prescribed me in their records. They talk to you like you like you are beneath them and do not show empathy or thought for patient care. DO NOT GO THERE if you care about you well being.
