Had a very bad experience with the service two days ago. Took an hour and 10 minutes to get an oil change (I was the first appt of the day), caught them lying about the type of oil that was required for the vehicle, declined to take a coupon that was mailed to me from them for an oil change, refused to give me the service record paperwork after the service was completed. Looking over the paperwork, saw that they did not have my correct contact information. Would not recommend, will be going elsewhere for any warranty work on... read more

RecommendedFound a used vehicle online. Talked to very helpful salesperson. Drove 2.5 hours, and the car was as described. Negotiation to get to an agreeable price went very well, and they even threw on new wipers for the drive home. Great experience. Highly recommend! Thanks Chrysler Winona!
