Responsive to email and phone calls, willing to negotiate without being there in person saved me a lot of time. Worth the drive, happy with the car!
I bought a 2012 Acadia 4-5 months ago, under the impression it had no issues. The day I took it home it started having issues. I had to pay out of my own pocket over $1k because “it was too much money for them to invest”. So I did... and when I got it back everything under the vehicle sounded loose when I went over any kind of bump.. like pipes were clinging together as if they’re not tightened? Then when I see my Maps doesn’t work (the #1 reason I purchased vehicle), I find out I have to pay for that myself to get fixed!!!!... read more
