I was going to leave a negative review, but when I spoke with the manager he did look into my complaint about the service department and told me he called the mechanic that actually fixed the problem and the other mechanic said Chrysler did a good job. I called the mechanic that fixed it to confirm that Chrysler was telling the truth. The manager of Chrysler was actually telling the truth.
