There’s a report about my problem there’s a recall for this issue & my car is sitting in Runway Tow of Ozone Park Queens cause we stalled while driving on Belt Parkway!! Meanwhile we are paying to rent a car!! REALLY!!
Jeep has had my car for 7 weeks now. Till this date i still don’t have a diagnosis as to what is wrong with my car. Whenever i call my service advisor is unavailable or has no answer. I’m up to $2500 in rental fees on my credit card and Jeep wants me to pay out of pocket in order for me to be reimbursed. Lord knows when i will get my car back because they have yet to start working on it. I will never ever do business with Jeep again. I encourage you all not to invest any of your coins with them.
