Can someone at Jeep please tell me the recommended maintenance schedule for my 2017 Cherokee? Calling to get information is nearly impossible. Girl who answers the phone tells me only need an oil change and anything else is up to me. Is she kidding? I've been on hold nearly 10 minutes now.
Financed a 2015 Grand Cherokee about 20 days ago . It came with no washer fluid and low air in the tires which is no surprise because no dealerships care about customer service or leaving the lot happy anymore . I go to fill my washer fluid up and surprise surprise it goes right thru the container and all over the floor . Sold me a car with something as trivial as a broke washer fluid reservoir which they would have seen had they stopped for one minute to fill it up . Too worried about the money and not the customer .
They care nothing about customer service, nevermind selling cars...they are very lazy as well!!.. I bought my Wrangler at MANHATTAN JEEP

I had the worst experience with there service department, I took my truck to have my PAX door handle replaced and I got my 2016 Ram 1500 Hemi 1000000x worse back, the paint job looked like shit the side view mirror was out of track the inside door panel has a huge bump in it, not to mention all the scratches they got on my truck, they said they would repair well i just picked my truck up today and it looks like someone took whiteout and covered the scratches..... This is the worst dealership with the worst service center on planet earth. Don’t shop here, don’t get your car serviced here. They don’t care about you. I’m pretty sure they hate you already. They enjoy watching you squirm and suffer. Save yourself the aggravation and just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
