I just recently purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership and was dealing with salesperson Bob and he did not pressure me into a sale and we were able to come to an agreement on a new vehicle the whole experience was great.
I RECENTLY DECLINE REPAIRS ON MY CAR 2014 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN RESON FOR IT WAS MISDIAGNOSTIC. ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS MISFIRE NO 3 CYLINDER AND THEY TOLD ME A LOT OF STUFF NEEDS TO BE DONE INCLUDING NO 3 INJECTOR SO I SUSPECT SOMETHING FISHY I SEND MY CAR TO MY OLD TECH AND HE REPLACED NO 3 IGNITION COIL AND ALL BAD SYMPTOMS GONE INSTEAD OF $2500 I PAID $250 SO DO NOT TRUST MECHANICS AT BAY RIDGE DODGE THEY DID NOT EVEN OPEN COVER TO SEE BAD COIL OR BAD SPARK PLUG AND EVEN DID NOT MENTION COIL IN A "SUGESTED" REPAIRS.
