I leased a car. Then financed it. I was told not to make the last lease payment. They told me they would take care of it. I began making payments on the finance. I am still getting bills and now warnings that my car can be repossessed. My credit is going down and I can not get in touch with anyone. I will never use this place again nor will I refer anyone. Buyer beware!!!!!! This place is I’ll rip you off. I came here with not such great credit to see if I can hand in my car. And get a larger vehicle because i had baby on the way. The car I currently had was too small to fit a car seat. Luckily I was approved for a larger vehicle and i traded in my lease that I had at the time. These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!!! So after dealing with this dealership I wouldn’t say don’t deal with them cause every express is different like me I had a new experience and after a little mis communication they let me return the car and get my full refund thanks to Camille who kept in contact after we realized that the car wasn’t for me if you going here deal with Camille for sure she is good and be on top of things and I thank her for having the quality of treating people the way she would want to be treated
Would not recommend going here at all!! . Got our Dodge here and they gave it to us without lights . Without registration sticker and got a ticket for that. When I called the guy who sold us the car he told us to pay the ticket and send them the receipt so they could pay us back cause they are in charge of paying those tickets.. never got the money from these tickets and he also made excuses on how he never said that , and another time he said the lady in the front sent us a check which is not true.
