1. Never picks up the phone 2. Sandra doesn’t care about her patients, if your late because of wifi issues or anything she will cut the meeting off and not listen to your needs as a patient no matter how dyer they are!!! 3. If something goes wrong in the office with appointments they just blame the other staff and do nothing to correct 4. Honestly I can’t believe they let this lady delve out medications for peoples mental health. Just run in the other direction. Such an unprofessional office it’s unreal
I have been with Dr.Cox for 3years and she has shown me support and caring the whole time. She makes sure I feel heard and valued. She listens to me and my symptoms and does not dismiss me. She has worked with me and has been amazing with my medication management. I highly recommend her.
Horrible. They didn’t listen to my concerns as a patient I specifically asked to not be put on medication that caused weight gain due to health reasons. I was put on several that did. They charge late fees for appointments when they don’t provide the link to the virtual appointment. Receptionist is extremely rude too. Honestly just stay away!
Don't bother. They won't answer your calls.
