Took forever to actually be assigned a counselor for my son. When we finally did the zoom call this lady was sitting in her bed!! I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she wasn’t feeling well. Second time around was the same, needless to say we never had another appointment with them.
Chrysalis Health is the pure devil. I would not recommend your pet tarantula for counseling there. The administration sucks beyond belief. The counslers, go MIA and blow off appointments. Then roll back around with some bs excuse about a family emergency, and a host of other excuses. What company does not have their support staff reach out if there in an emergency and they have to cancel. They screw with their patients. My child's is a patient and need his medication refill, I called over 20 times in the past 3 months, sent emails, used the website to schedule and heard nothing back, I agree with the other reviewers. They are just leaving us hanging. This is unprofessional, callous, and uncaring conduct from a company that professes to be customer focused. They are hurting people not helping people. My child's school has a contract with Chrysalis for child counseling so I contacted them for help. After about 2 weeks an employee conducted and assessment of my son over a zoom call. That was over a month ago and I have not heard back from them. I emailed last week for information but no response. They know my son needs help because they have a treatment plan. However they are just leaving us hanging. This is unprofessional, callous, and uncaring conduct from a company that professes to be customer focused.
