Beautiful property! Best pool in St. Louis
I’ve been at chroma for a little over a month and absolutely love it. The staff is absolutely incredible, if you ever have an issue or question they get back to you incredibly fast. Blake, Michael, Scott and Erica are fantastic and always have a smile on their faces. If you have a dog it’s great because of the dog park. The tenants are all super friendly as well, we have a group chat going with all of the dog owners so if someone is going down to the park we send a message and meet up. Living at Chroma has been a great experience so far! The Chroma team especially Blake, Lexee, and Michael have all been so helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
The nicest apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is top notch. From the moment I decided to move in Scott helped me each step of the way. The apartments will not disappoint. The pool is amazing and feels like being at a resort. The gym is so nice that I canceled my regular membership. Michael is always around to help if any issues arise. Per the schedule, Sunday is the only day that is by appointment. I went in today to view and was immediately asked do I have an appointment and got a look if annoyance. It is 2:10 and I was told she was waiting on a 12 o’clock appt. Well it’s 2 hours later. Anyway, I asked if I could come back during the week. I said, can’t I just wait until after your appointment. After my last apartment experience, I truly thought I would never go back to living in an apartment. After taking the dive and moving to Chroma, my boyfriend and I could not be happier! The staff is amazing, the apartments are beautiful, the amenities cannot be beat! Not to mention -- when they say they are dog friendly, they really mean they are dog friendly!
