If you are looking for a 5-star building, Chroma is it! The leasing team is always courteous, and the maintenance team is very responsive! The units are truly original in design, layout, and quality. The mere location just enhances the quality of life tremendously with multiple areas of interest within walking distance. Chroma truly has the most sought after amenities in the area!

CHROMA is family! I have never been apart of another community that takes such good care of one and other. From the events, to hanging out at the pool, to fun interactions at the dog park everyone truly seems to value each other. This is home away from home for all residents and staff!
The courtyard and pool are like staying at an exclusive resort. Beautiful interior as well. Great community, very convenient to highway 40, BJC, CWE, Clayton or downtown. Staff is great.
I have been living at Chroma for about 4 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about it! Super welcoming, fun, neighbors as well as unique community events and experiences that the offered multiple times a month (seriously, almost every week there is something going on in the complex or nearby in the area). Very loyal dog community that makes multiple daily trips to the dog park so much more enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
