RecommendedChroma is a great place for anyone not from St. Louis. The resident events, lounge area, and courtyard are the perfect places to meet new people and have a blast. I would without a doubt recommend them to people from all over! Not to mention it is right next to everything you could ever need! The staff made every part of my moving process a breeze. The overnight and weekend security guards are great to get to know, too, and definitely make you feel safe.

Chroma checks off all the boxes! The pool/lounge area is fantastic! It definitely has a resort feel to it. The common areas and units are modern and tastefully designed. Location can not be beat. There are so many amazing restaurants and fun bars within walking distance and it’s easily accessible by both highways 40 and 44. The property management team is first class and the residents are so welcoming and friendly.

Chroma and Hue have been nothing but amazing to me. I just moved to the area and they have done everything in their power to make me feel welcome! The complex is gorgeous, the amenities are top of the line and the staff are incredible. There are events to attend, a variety of ways to meet new people, and great resources for everything you need. Would 10/10 recommend!

WOW, #1 - Best apartment pool in St.Louis. #2- If you’re new to the area or just want to meet new people this is THE place for you, the community is amazing and the property staff is top notch. Anna, Michael, Kyle, Zach, Stephen and Randy are always there to help! #3- So much to do nearby, bars, restaurants, shopping, 5 min drive to downtown, I could go on and on. #4- Move in is a breeze and the staff welcomes you like you’re family. #5- There is always some type of group event going on. Chroma has been beyond my expectations! I moved in only a month ago, and it’s been awesome from the people to the pool to all the amenities. Everyone has been so welcoming and inviting from my neighbors to the great staff. It’s in the middle of the city surrounded by awesome restaurants. The pictures of the pool do not lie.
Where to begin! I moved to Chroma in March of 2020, and have loved every moment! The community here is indescribable, everyone is so friendly and it’s truly like a big family! The staff goes above and beyond! Michael, Anna, and Kyle are always so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond if there’s any problems! I moved to Chroma during a transition phase of my life, but I truly can’t imagine living anywhere else! Thank you to everyone who has made Chroma HOME!
A great place to live in the heart of The Grove! Excellent access to all the Grove has to offer and excellent customer service from the leasing and property management staff!
First-class property with first-class management. Chroma as a whole is an amazing place in the heart of it all! Quiet, calm spaces inside and a vibrant colorful beat of the city outside. Safe and convenient, there's nothing like this in St. Louis (or the Midwest for that matter!)
