I had such a great experience at Chroma! I was very light for a long time and I wanted to finally go back to a darker natural color. The hair specialist Devyn did an amazing job! Keeping the color similar to my root, but also making it a vibrant dark brown! I now go to Chroma and to Devyn for all my appointments.
