I would not recommend working with Christy Hertz. I retained her based on assurances that her office would assist in coordinating with a California attorney to draft an addendum to my prenup, since the agreement was executed in California. This was clearly represented to me during our conversations. After taking my $15,000 retainer, she later changed her position, telling me she could not provide this assistance and that I would need to find my own attorney.
