Love the atmosphere and I can workout in a smaller quiet environment. Love the multiple classes included in our membership that are offered.
Definitely a good gym to get busy lifting. Quiet during the morning plenty of machines and free weights so no waiting around, you can put in your work and split.
I love this gym,it's my second home to me,I love the class that I take with CynDee she has a nick name for everyone in her class she call me Jessie Girl,all the people that works there are wonderful people,if you have not find a gym yet then this is the gym for you you can take my word on that,when you go there you will be one happy person,this gym is the best.
