His office staff lied to me and said they no longer accept MassHealth, but my friend was accepted with same insurance.
I was referred to this Surgeon November of 2023 and took 6 months to get in for a 15 minute procedure I was told to be at charlton hospital for 4:30 pm I was not informed the day before or day of that I had to show up 4 hours earlier I tried getting through to anyone who would answer the phone the day of surgery to be sure on the time the news I received was they canceled my very much needed surgery and didn’t reschedule me instead told me he wasn’t the surgeon for me and passed me on to Dr Klein at Hawthorn Medical who saw ... read more
Dr.Skeehan is very knowledgeable and thorough!! He has done 2 procedures on my mom with excellent results!! He takes the time to elaborate on previous imaging vs new imaging and comparing to how far long its come.. *His front office staff and assistants are very nice along with a great attitude specifically Lisa who works at the front desk/window..There isn't many people nowadays that take pride in there work and that follows through with what they say they will do. Kudos to Lisa!
My experience has be great. I will be having surgery soon, and I’m happy it’s with Dr. Skeehan and Catherine Cioe. I’m nervous but I feel confident I’m in good hands. Everything has been explained and I feel they have had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Everyone from Dr. Goodwin to the receptionists has been awesome!
