Without a doubt, the best Doctor of any specialty I have ever had PERIOD. It is a conversation with him, if you are suffering from mental distress and worried about being just pushed Medication that is NOT the case. There is much discussion and he works with you on a treatment plan.
I highly recommend Dr. Santangelo. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. After several bad experiences with other psychiatrists, I finally found Dr. Santangelo, who exceeded all expectations. He is extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable and highly professional. Dr. Santangelo truly cares for each of his patients - he listens and takes the time to get to know every individual he treats in order to fully understand their needs. He is super responsive and easy to get a hold of.
