When speaking with Dr. Ramos I felt like I was talking with my brother that just happened to have a medical degree. He made me comfortable right away explaining his background and why he chooses to work with the TDDC. He asked me several times if I had questions because he wanted to make sure they were all addressed. He made sure that when he explained why he recommended what he did he didn't use a bunch of medical terms that weren't easy to relate to and/or understand. All of the staff were kind and courteous. Dr. Ramos took a medical history, asked questions and ordered tests. He was kind, engaging and didn't order tests just for the sake of ordering a test. We liked him and would definitely recommend him.
Dr Ramos is a very energetic caring and understanding person. He was straight forward and factual. He showed concern for the betterment of my health. Offered several options in addressing my problems in order to achieve a better quality of life. I felt very comfortable being under his care. I would recommend him very highly.

He is wonderful! I really can’t say enough good things about my visit with him. He is very personable and put me at ease as soon as we met. He spent time introducing himself and I felt comfortable asking him all of my questions and he took the time to answer them in a way anyone can understand. I did not wait very long at all to see him and the office is nice. I just had my endoscopy procedure with him and that went very well. I would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Ramos is a very caring doctor, who is interested in your background history and makes you understand what is happening inside your body. His staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful to his patients. That was my first visit with him and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Z.T.
