I received excellent care from Dr. Ramos and his staff. Dr. Ramos was very kind and took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramos and his caring office staff.
Great bedside manner! Took great care in explaining the procedures and answered questions after the procedure. I have recommended him to my sister who lives near Austin and another friend that lives in Chicago when they need to have their colonoscopies!

Office environment & staff are exceptional. Rating is based on my experience with Dr Ramos, which was unacceptable. After my invasive procedure I was rushed off to a hallway to recover & wait for Dr Ramos. Significant time passed but Dr Ramos eventually swung by my hallway chair, gave me an envelope of images, & told me to call the office if I had questions. There was no time for discussion of my procedure or his surprising findings. An unhurried 3 min conversation would have meant the world.
The office is beautiful, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and Dr Ramos was wonderful. He answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. I didn’t feel rushed at all as he took the time to ensure I felt ok about the procedure being scheduled. Would highly recommend this office to any GI patients.
He was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. He took his time explaining and encouraged me to ask questions. I’d recommend him and his staff to anyone.
