The nurse and the anesthesiologists were simply great. They were all very friendly and professional at the same time
Dr Ramos was very nice explaining everything to me. I was not thrilled to be having a colonoscopy but had to have it. The employees I encountered were all so very nice!!! Highly recommended.

I met Dr. Ramos when I went in for a scheduled, routine colonoscopy. He has an excellent bedside manner and delivered information and answered questions in a kind and respectful manner. The procedure was performed at Lone Star Endoscopy in Keller. All of the supporting staff were fantastic, as well.
After I scheduled my appointment, I received clear instructions, and when the appointment took place Dr Ramos spent time with me answering all my questions.
Patient and friendly doctor and staff
Whenever I see Dr. Ramos he makes me feel valued as a patient and as an individual. He is willing and able to explain complex medical issues in an understandable manner without talking down to the patient as some doctors do. I have recommended Dr. Ramos to family and friends and will continue to do so.
