I met Dr. Ramos when I went in for a scheduled, routine colonoscopy. He has an excellent bedside manner and delivered information and answered questions in a kind and respectful manner. The procedure was performed at Lone Star Endoscopy in Keller. All of the supporting staff were fantastic, as well.
After I scheduled my appointment, I received clear instructions, and when the appointment took place Dr Ramos spent time with me answering all my questions.
Patient and friendly doctor and staff
Whenever I see Dr. Ramos he makes me feel valued as a patient and as an individual. He is willing and able to explain complex medical issues in an understandable manner without talking down to the patient as some doctors do. I have recommended Dr. Ramos to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Second colonoscopy performed by Dr. Ramos. Found Dr R. to be both highly professional and cordial. Highly Recommend. Indeed a pleasure. Not so with associated PA to whom I was “shuffled” and office/clerical staff who are apparently allowed to make decisions regarding care.
Dr Ramos is wonderful. He listens and answers questions.
Dr.Ramos is an extremely personable Dr. Who connects with his patients while educating them on health issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen, and answer questions. He is definitely our go to guy for all things gastrointestinal from now on! Thank you Dr. Ramos!
