I’ve had a lot of colonoscopies in my life time. Dr. Ramos and his staff are the best. He is very caring and professional. The facility and staff are wonderful with professional staff and a comfortable procedure. If it isn’t too crazy it makes getting a colonoscopy easy, fast and a no brainier for people with existing diagnoses that require colonoscopies often.
The most courteous staff I have encountered. My first time for the procedure and it was made easy by the communication and process. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dr. Ramos before the procedure. He is polite and caring. He asked me a few questions and clarified my reason to have the procedure. My referral indicated that I needed a diagnostic but only needed a wellness procedure. The service that I receive from Dr. Ramos is excellent. Dr. Ramos and the TDDC staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
This was the second scope he has performed on me! I’d say *****stars with expertise, professionalism & care! I would caution him to be sure he checks his patient’s chart before entering the room for the procedure! He wasn’t completely informed on my last procedure! Otherwise, he was awesome!
