Dr. Serafini accepted me as a patient after my PCP retired. I initially saw his PA, who gathered information and addressed my immediate concerns. My second appt. was for an annual physical, Dr. Serafini spent, what from my experience, I would consider an unusually long amount of time with me. He is thorough, concerned about my wellbeing, and I trust him and any of his referrals.
I was Dr.Serafinis patient since he was established. The last time I visited his office was in 2020 for an FMLA issue and I saw a different pcp. Meanwhile I still needed my blood pressure med filled. Every time I went to go get my script it said on my bottle...schedule appt with provider....FOR FOUR YEARS IT SAID THIS ON MY BOTTLE AND THEY DID NOT MAKE ME COME IN TO EVEN VERIFY MY SCRIPT THEY JUST KEEP REFILLING IT FOR FOUR YEARS!!!!!!
