This guy closed shop inside Costco and didn't leave a trace. In order to get any records you have to snail mail him at another address with paid postage and pay a fee for each page you want printed. Not sure what happened for him to leave so abruptly but this is absolutely uncalled for.

Dr Cabrera listened to my concerns, addressed them and actually helped me with other issues I have been experiencing with my vision. Absolutely enjoyed my eye appointment today! Thank you, Dr Cabrera!!! I will definitely send friends and family your way!!!
