Prudent care and clear communication. I really love this practice.
I moved to Greenville, NC last November after living in Wilmington, NC for more than forty-six years. After a bad fall off my bicycle in March, I needed to see an Orthopedic doctor for a shoulder break and a rotator cup tear. Dr. Barsanti was recommended. My first appointment with Dr. Barsanti was today, and this visit far exceeded my expectations. Surgery was not recommended. Dr,Barsanti, always put my mind at ease. He explains everything that I need to know well and being mindful and understanding that he needs to speak loudly enough to me , because I am hearing impaired and repeats information that he thinks that I may not heard or need to know. I feel very secure and blessed with him.
He is not a good surgeon. I wished I had checked on hihim prior to having unnecessary surgery. He never touched my hip not once. His profile is a lie he only wants to operate. I'm trying to find a lawyer to take my case against him.
Very eager to perform surgery, not willing to consider other options.
Always takes time to answer my questions and is very understanding. He made sure I had the therapy I needed for as long as I needed. He was honest about my condition, his concerns and his recommendations. Staff was also great.
