Dr Barsanti diagnosed my knee problem as a torn cartilage and scheduled my subsequent surgery ASAP so I can get back on my 2 legs quickly. He has done a previous shoulder procedure on me and I was happy with that outcome and expect the same with my knee.

I appreciate the efficiency of this busy office. The staff gets you in quickly. Dr. Barsanti comes in your room almost immediately. He is knowledgeable, kind and explains the condition & options in detail.

I was referred to and seen by Dr. Barsanti promptly. My initial interview with him was most helpful in identifying possible causes of pain in my hip and leg, discussing diagnostic tests to further clarify the causes and possible remedies.
Doctor Barsanti gave me an injection in my right shoulder. I didn’t even feel it. He is thoughtful but direct. He also always explains what is going on and he is patient when questions are asked. Five out of five stars and I would give him 6 stars if I could.
