Everyone was professional and friendly. Only thing bad was wait time in waiting room
So thankful for my provider's intervention to work on my painful knee.
We discussed knee surgery and timeline and plan before establishing a surgery date. We did not discuss this, but someone needs to know that the parking lot at Orthopaedics East is an accident waiting to happen. You really need to repaint the lines in your parking lot.
Dr. Barsanti was very informative about our options and guided us to make the best decision for our daughters long term care. If we didn’t seek Dr. Barsanti after the fact our end result/long term situation would have been much different. Also, personable and easy to communicate with.
I had a 1:15 pm appt on a Friday. Received a call asking me to reschedule because the doctor would be out of the office. Was told 10:30 am was the latest he could see me. Arrived at 10:20 for my appt. At 11 am asked when I would been seen. Receptionist went to check. Came back and informed me that in addition to the patient he was with, there were three more people ahead of me. I left. I also told them I had no interest in rescheduling. I've been a patient of Dr. Barsanti's for many years. I find he always listens to my concerns and treats me with the utmost care and respect. Today's visit was for a cortisone injection in my knee. I can honestly say he has never once hurt me doing these and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care.
