I have been treating with Dr. Maisel for some time now and could not ask for a better physician. First, I consider him to have saved my life. He is patient, incredible approachable and explains everything in layman's terms. I cannot leave out Alicia, his nurse. Both have incredible people skills and have eased the stress of treating with this condition

Dr. Maisel has been my oncologist for 4+ years. He is a caring and compassionate doctor who spends time with his patients and is up to date on all of the treatment options. The Texas Oncology practice at Baylor Sammons Cancer Center is a big one, but Dr. Maisel and the staff there give personalized care to each patient.
Dr. Maisel is a consummate professional and takes time to discuss and explain my treatment. He is very knowledgeable and shows compassion toward his patients. I am truly thankful for Dr. Maisel and trust him implicity.
Dr. Maisel was very courteous and concerned. He took the time to explain what he thought was going on with my health problem and offered a plan to continue my recovery to good health.
Dr.Maisel is great! He has been my doctor for years. He really values my time; doesn’t like to keep anyone waiting. He is thorough and happy to answer any questions. If all the labs are not complete, he always calls me the next day with the results. It’s always him. I appreciate his level of professionalism.

Dr. Maisel is a truly caring doctor. He listens to your concerns and is always to put your health first. I really like that he never speaks down to me and sits down and actually talks to me instead of just typing on the computer like most doctors these days. When I first went to him I was really scared and very ill. He has consistently worked with me to improve my overall health. I would recommend him to anyone. He is also GLBTQ friendly.
