I have been a patient of Dr Maisel for about 14 years. He is always up on the latest procedures. He also answers my phone calls usually within an hour.
Dr Maisel has been my oncologist for a few years now . I have recommended several people to him over the years . I believe he treats me with the same excellent care he would give to his mother . He has gone way above in my care if I get any medical problem my daughter has called him for help . When I have had other medical problems I always make sure that specialist Consults with Dr. Maisel even though I’m sure it bothers the other specialist that I value Dr. Maisel medical opinion over there's
Very friendly. Open and direct communication
Unlike many other doctors I have encountered, Dr. Maisel does not make me feel as if I were his to exploit. He not only listens to me, but responds, and in general treats me as the intelligent person I am. I am old enough to remember when most doctors generally acted this way. With the exception of Dr. M and a few others, the profession now seems to have almost descended to the ethical level of the used-car dealer.

I am appreciative to Dr. Maisel for his earnest treatment of my cancer. He shows great concern for my health and he listens to what I have to say and any questions I have.
5 starts aren't enough for this doctor. He is truly caring. He will sit down with you and explain what you have experienced and what is next. He is very thorough and does a lot of testing to rule out other issues. He is also very responsive to ensure follow up on test results and gets you help very fast. His assistant has so much energy. She is peppy and very kind. The entire staff at the Dallas office is amazing.

Dr. Maisel Continues to provide a very high level of care for my Multiple Myleoma. He is very knowledgeable about treatment options and continues to recommend medication that is effective , while avoiding overtreatment. He also gets my input prior to making any changes to my medication.
