The best physician I have had in many years. He puts his patient first. Listens and cares. Never rushes his patient. Very comfortable atmosphere with Dr. Hayes and his staff.
Wish I didn’t always have a problem when I go to see Dr. Hayes. I would like to just go and visit about something other than health issues. Always easy to talk to, always has time to answer all your questions. I have a cardiologist, a pulmonologist , a urologist , etc but Dr Hayes is my go-to doctor.
Prompt, friendly and professional
Although my appointment started 20+ mins after my expected start time. Once I was brought back, I was met with empathy for my situation and affordable, reasonable solutions to try for my ailment. He is always going to start out with the least invasive options and then increase that aspect of treatment as they continue to try to heal the issue. I refer all of my friends and family to Dr. Hayes and his staff because they are such good people and seem to really care.
Dr. Hayes is personable, smart, capable and a sheer wizard at making a horrible situation bearable. Can’t ask for more!
