Great bedside manner, listens and diagnosis my issues with great speed and accuracy. Love him!
My COPD got really. really bad!! Called Emergency. Was helped some.. Next AM called Dr Hayes who did a wonderful job of treatment for relief.. Yea Yea.
I feel very comfortable to talk to Dr. Hayes and his nurse. Dr. Hayes always takes time to answer all of my health-related questions.

Dr. Hayes runs an efficient, caring and expert practice. I don't experience the long wait times. Dr. Hayes does a great job listening and never appears to be rushing to the next patient. Most importantly, he always offers an excellent diagnosis and pragmatic feedback in a caring manner.
Easy process to check in, five minute wait time. Visit was thorough and all of my questions were answered.

My experience was excellent. I had a 10 a.m. appointment and was ushered into a treatment room at exactly 10 a.m. where I was seen by a very competent and polite P.A. When I saw the doctor, he asked questions, made recommendations and was very thorough. I would recommend this clinic and this doctor to anyone.
