Very good doctor, takes time to make sure you understand a diagnosis.
I appreciate that the labs are taken and results sent to me to review and then we can discuss them during the appointment. I felt heard and my concerns were addressed. He does sound like a broken record about the lose weight and you feel even better but I know he is right and encouraging.

Dr. Hayes was prompt to see me upon my appointment time. He took a comprehensive history and probed for pertinent information. He did a thorough exam and took note of my expressed health concerns. Dr. Hayes is knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. He is someone you can trust for your healthcare needs. He does not rush throughout your visit, listens to your questions attentively and makes you feel he sincerely cares.

For several years before his passing, my PCP was Dr. Elliott and he was praised by all the hospital doctors as the best available at Baptist. I thought I'd never get another as good. But Dr. Hayes has not only filled Dr. Elliott's shoes, in many respects he has surpassed him. Dr. Hayes never hurries me and carefully explains and listens to my concerns.
