Dr. Hayes is 1st of all knowledgeable, compassionate and cares sincerely about his patients. Not just their immediate issue but their overall wellness both physical and mental. Always willing to refer when there is a need. Keeps current with medicines and procedures, shares insight in areas he feels will benefit his patients. Excellent physician!
Energetic and positive Dr Hayes takes time to explain conditions and what to do about them. I’ve been a patient for seven years now and trust his decision about my health.
I’ve been going to Dr Hayes for several years and just love him. While I’ve never had anything major he does listen and is very responsive to my concerns and answers any questions I have. The few times I have needed to be seen for an urgent issue, his staff have managed to get me in quickly, even if only to be seen by his PA, who, by the way, is great too!
Dr. Hayes is an amazing physician! He listens to his patients and works together with them to optimize their health.

I'm glad that Dr. Hayes is a good doctor for other people, but he's a terrible fit for me. Pathologizing my real medical concerns as OCD because I happen to have a lot going on rather than to really understand and work with the complexity of my issues. He did have some honest things to say, so it wasn't all bad, but once a doctor starts making it mental instead of it being reasonable response to what I experience, it kind of ruins the entire experience.
