The 5 stars look great, but the turnover rate for MA's is horrible. The patients never get the familar Care Promoter they need because Elsie is constantly firing people or making them want to walk out. The company is all the $. Some of the physicans are great! but Elsie only cares about herself and her future. Too many staff meetings per day/per wk and enough one on one time for patient care. Patients are in and out hardly ever heard and thats not how I provide my care. Better managment is a must at this location.
The shorter lady I think Pam that seems to make sure everyone in the lobby is takin care of and gives out things all the time food, essentials and snacks to the needy. Great work.
