I think dr sliva is awesome! his bedside manners he is so sure of what he is doing. he never tried to pressure me in to having surgery. he explains things very clearly and I am extremely happy an satisfied with what he did for me.

This was my second surgery with Dr. Sliva. The first was a laminectomy, the second 3 years later was for a herniated disc. In both situations, Dr. Sliva and staff were awesome. He is very patient and understanding willing to answer any of my questions with empathy and knowledge. The laminectomy was performed as an outpatient and I walked out pain free for first time in months. My husband and I have both had surgeries with Dr Sliva and neither of us would even think about using another surgeon! He is not only an excellent surgeon but a wonderful doctor to talk with. If we could give him 100 stars we would. We have total confidence in him and he always takes into account what is best for his patients, his number one priority! Just want to say, that going to Rockford Spine Center, was the best decision ever. we first met Angela Johnson, and she figured out want was wrong with me. a few x-rays & MRI 'S were done & we went from their.. then we met Dr. Sliva, & he told me want had to be done..( surgery)on neck, which I was surprised..any way all in all, Dr. was great, surgery went well & I will recommend Dr. Sliva to anyone who has problems.. I was very satisfied. oh! & all the staff were great & friendly..

The bottom line: Rockford Spine Center, including Dr. Sliva's team and the physical therapy department, provided excellent care for my severely herniated disk, and I am confident that they would provide excellent care for you too. Outstanding doctor. Listens to his patient, knows what to look for, knows how to fix the issue. Rockford Spine & their Physical Therapy Dept. have friendly, professional, and knowledgeable people at all levels. I would return and recommend anyone to go there.

I have only wonderful things to say about Rockford Spine Center. My surgeon Dr. Sliva was wonderful, no issues and great results with my laminectomy. The whole staff is very kind and is on top of everything. Highly recommended.

I was told the shots did not work. That no surgeon would touch me. My Primary referred me to Dr. Silva who assured me he could do the surgery. I could walk with out pain right after surgery. Of course my back was sore. Dr. Sliva gave a a new lease on life and he is my hero! I would trust him with any family member needing treatment.
