The Optum portal is easy and Efficient. I found my Dr quickly and appointment was made
Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor. He knows his, his field. He treats the patient with dignity. He's knowledgeable, attentive and I've been 2 other podiatrist and Dr. Ross is above and beyond the best I've seen and have been seeing him for several years now and he's always been very effective in taking care of my feet.
He was very thorough, he ask me about all, if I had any pain, if I had any pain or anything he went through everything, what I had to do for recovery, he was wonderful.
The doctor was very professional, personable and explained everything to such a detail. But at a level that I could easily understand. Showed me X-rays of my foot, gave me an injection that I guess could have been very painful. I didn't feel a thing. He really just if it was a wonderful, very enlightening appointment. I came away from there with a great appreciation for Dr. Ross, I'm glad I'm his patient and I I can't I didn't find one issue with him. Everything was above 10,10 stars, plus he's great.
Dr. Ross listened to me and then continued with discussing a plan for treatment.
