Dr.Dimaggio and her staff were wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and checked in quickly. The nurse was excellent, she listened carefully to all of my concerns and made sure to communicate them to Dr.Dimaggio. Dr.Dimaggio was professional, compassionate, and very understanding. Terrible office. Wasn't aware of construction on Beck road.as I was driving my usually route to road 1/4 mile to entrance was closed in my direct. Called office told receptionist. Arrived at window 2 mins pass the " window".Receptionist didn't even look up and make eye contact..could careless.Literally ran through parking lot.(told lady my navigation time when I called)Lady should of told me NOT to bother. She had a negative experience with the doctor. The doctor was very aggressive and, without knowing my medical history, stated that I have a serious condition and therefore could not prescribe medication. She referred me to my primary care physician, stating that she was not responsible for addressing the issue.
I’ve had this doctor for years now and one time when I was 17 she made me feel dirty for something I couldn’t help- gave me depression papers afterwards though! It’s pushing 6 years later and I just had the worst pap exam of my life - which reminded me of that prior experience. This time, I told her I was in pain and ready to cry because I’ve been having problems and she rudely said “well you just gotta let me finish my job”.
