I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and avoided going many times in fear as a result to numerous bad experiences. Dr. Collins and his staff are rockstars! From the start, Liz was incredible and got me in the same day when I called with complaints of tooth pain, Sara the hygienist was hilarious and so amazing at putting me at ease, and Dr. Collins was so personable, informative, and just the best dentist I have ever encountered. We came up with a treatment plan that made sense and everything was explained to me so well that for once I didn’t walk out completely confused. The care coordinator was so sweet and patient. She did a wonderful job explaining the plan costs and answered all my insurance questions. Never did I feel like I was being “sold” things. The office is quite a drive for me but worth it in every aspect. I am forever thankful that I finally found a dentist and office staff that ended my fears.

If there's such a thing as a pleasant dental experience...this is it. Everyone is gracious from walk-in to check out. Wendi was super pleasant and thorough, and Dr. Collins took the time to explain everything to me. The offices are very clean. Top shelf operation.

I was seen as a new patient and was so impressed by my experience. The staff were amazing and very professional, Dr Collins was great and really took the time to discuss everything and go over the treatment plan.

Visiting the dentist is never as dire as my imagination predicts it will be. These visits will never be one of my greatest pleasures in life, but the staff at Collins Dental is as friendly, knowledgeable and gentle as anyone could hope for; it's me , not them!
