1/14/18 UPDATE: we came today to celebrate a birthday (like we always used to do) in the karaoke room! Also celebrated the Marathoners with us and their success! We had a great time and had MARIA L as a server. She handled a busy time and never let us down! She was in her game and lovely to deal with! Basic task for take-out is to get the order right. They can't. The last chance I gave them and they didn't even send the order to the kitchen. Tried to blame my wife by saying she called the wrong store. She hit redial and their phone started ringing. Too bad. They used to be a favorite.
Steak night! Asked for medium well and it was still under cooked. Ordered draft beer and it was not as cold as it should be.
It was our first time going and we had a great time. Nice atmosphere, loved the music. Only thing was when we paid our bill the waitress asked us if we needed our change and it was like 17 dollars. I mean hello yes I want my change, why would u assume we are gonna give u a 17 dollar tip on a 22 dollar bill? So when she returned she made a face and rolled her eyes. To me that is bad customer service. Other than that we had a good time!
