Their White Oak location was perfectly adapted to its surroundings, with its Austin-like semi-open-air structure, which is different from their proper sports bar facility in Midtown. I've never been a KJ, but I gotta say I wasn't all that impressed by the karaoke show at Christians. The rotation was all over the place (multiple people got to sing twice before I was even called once), half the time the microphones kept cutting out (forget trying to sing a duet), and several songs were not the correct (requested) versions. I got charged for somebody's ticket instead of mine which was triple the amount no telling when it will go back into my account
Terrible terrible service & food!! Over a 45inute wait on my first drink, over an hour for 2 lame tacos, that were cold & had to be sent back. It was busy but not crazy, you’ve been business too long to let these things happen. I’ve been before with the same issues. 2 lame breakfast tacos cost me $11.38, they charge for pico & prefixed gratuity. Never going back
they did away with BOGO burgers on monday nights (poker night)... such a shame because that was what dragged me out from the medical center! i find most other things on the menu over-rated.
