Would never recommend this ER unless you’re already unconscious. Then at least you wouldn’t have to deal with the eye rolling, lazy nurses who have zero empathy and no sense of urgency. Amazon needs to figure out how to get in the medical care business to show these clowns how to run an efficient business while satisfying their customers. Can’t wait to see the cookie cutter response to call Patient Care to discuss concerns. Maybe your Patient Care Execs should wait in the ER and watch their staff and customers.

I was quite impressed with the care I received yesterday at the Christiana Care ER in Middletown, DE. This is a beautiful facility with well trained, caring staff.
The worst.. Middletown or St Francis will always get my business from this day forward. Had chest pains got there by ambulance at 2pm, put in room at 8:13 seen by doctor at 9:00 and was released at 9:37pm. Glad I only had inflammation around my lung and nothing serious. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone if you’re not try to die.
The wait is way too long. The nurses are lazy!!! Waiting 2 hours to get a doctor and then wait another 2 hours for medicine. Short staff of doctors and nurses. Been here since 4pm and it’s 3 am!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!!
