I had a very disappointing experience with Dominique Williams. I sought help for anxiety during a very challenging period in my life, but I left each session feeling unheard and unsupported. Rather than addressing the root causes of my anxiety or working collaboratively to develop meaningful strategies, the sessions felt surface-level and unproductive. I was really hoping to like this organization, and had a meeting scheduled with Andrea Hay, out of Somerset, WPA, and unfortunately it was not a fit. The initial intake apps are usually at least an hour, but this was barely 40 min of reading through a list of questions. I needed to cancel the next days appt due to a work conflict and was emailed to reschedule, but not informed I was going to be charged a $60 cancellation fee. Communication was not there. Was told I would be contacted for future appointment times and never was. This was very disheartening. Then I was forced by the counselor that neglected his job duty to talk with him about why I didn't like his service before he would close my case. I had to close my case with him before I could find another therapist with the company. I decided to go elsewhere where the therapist cares enough to communicate and not force communication either.
