I noticed water in my backseat floorboard and so I brought my car up to Derek Phillips and his crew. He and his staff did an exceptional job! Derek was courteous and very knowledgeable and his staff was very quick on getting an assessment of my vehicle! It saddens me that they were unable to perform the work because it ended up being a body shop problem, but they referred me to a great body shop in the area. Thank you for your great customer service! Keep it up!

My wife noticed smoke coming from the back of the passenger side of the jeep. I told her to take it to Christian Brothers to take a look at it. Christian Brothers was able to give me a ride to work, while checking to see what the problem was with my jeep. I got a call back, and I explained how I really needed the jeep ready that day. Now I know these guys were busy, but they made every effort to get my jeep done that day. They did, they also did a courtesy inspection of my jeep and told us everything looks good.
