I’ve been coming to CB for over 5 years now. I hate taking my car to the dealership for anything. CB has taken care of every issue I’ve had with my car without being nickel and dimed. They never try to “upsell” me and only work on what is to be looked at. The staff is friendly, caring and willing to go out of their way to have their customers happy. I stopped by last weekend to explain an emission issue since our vehicle did not pass inspection. The gentleman. I spoke with was very nice and courteous and said to bring it back to them and they could put it on a scope to see what we were up against. We drove there today and Grumpy (new guy) approached me and I explained out issue. He asked if I had an appointment. I was never told I needed one.
