This was our first time using this repair shop and I am so glad that we did. They have excellent customer service (polite and knowledgeable staff, explained in great detail everything that we needed to have done, not pushy about what repairs were needed versus those recommended, and took the time to listen to us). They gave my husband a teacher discount even though that promotional ended the weekend prior to us bringing our car in (saved us $250). I can't say what a blessing it was and how helpful these gentlemen were. I replaced my alternator and battery elsewhere two weeks ago and this morning my battery light popped on. I pulled in and asked for help and they were so helpful and a wonderful blessing to me and the kids in my care. Thanks so much for the extra time and we will be back for future work!

My husband always brings his car here. We had a problem that the dealer may cover, and even though we routinely bring the car to CB they did not work with us at all. Disappointed and will not be returning. Sad because it is right down the street.
