Had my state inspection done with CBA-Concord. I really appreciated their pick up and drop off service during the pandemic. They sent me a detailed report after evaluating my highlander and Matt took time to answer my questions when I called in. I appreciated their honesty about what really needed attention. Will definitely be using CBA-Concord again and highly recommend them.

My first time using CBA. Their communication system is amazing. No scare tactics to up sell you like others I've dealt with. Very happy and will be back.
I highly recommend Christian Brothers Concord!! They are very professional and answer your questions without making you feel as though you are bothering them!! They do excellent work in a very timely manner!! The price they quote is what you pay as long as additional work is not needed!! I will definitely use them again for my car care services!! Very HONEST service center!!!

Have to give a HUGE shout out to Christian Brothers Automotive Concord-Coddle Creek by Harris Teeter. The always go above and beyond with customer service, whether it be hand delivering cookies to my house because they forgot to leave one in my car when I got it serviced or squeezing me in last minute when my truck batteries died this am. Can't say enough good things about them!

I’ve now brought my two previous cars and my current Truck to Christian Brothers and they’ve been a pleasure to work with every time. They perform quality work and they check things over and let you know what your vehicle needs and what can wait a while so you aren’t pressured into making any unnecessary expensive decisions. Very friendly people that I’d highly recommend for any automotive needs, I’ll be back with my truck.
